I love green smoothies because they’re an easy and delicious way to get in a serving of veggies, fruits, protein and healthy fats at the same time! This green smoothie is perfect for a morning refresher or post-workout replenishment.
PREP TIME - 5 mins
TOTAL TIME- 5 mins
SERVINGS- 1 smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 c frozen pineapple
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 c spinach
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 c unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop nuzest matcha protein
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
- Ice (for texture)
- Blend all ingredients together in a vitamix or high speed blender until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy with your favourite toppings!
Feel free to customize with any other add-ins desired such as superfoods, frozen veggies, or nut butter!
