RECIPE BY HANNAH FROM HEALTHY LUXE

 

The name says it all. This sauce is perfect for dipping your dumplings in, but why stop there? Dip your vegan sushi and fried tofu in - it goes well with other foods as well. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup miso
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
METHOD
  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix 600ml container in the order listed, and secure the blade base.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. 
  3. Blend for 45 seconds until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
