The all-time favourite snack and dip but with the flavors of fall. You will surely fall head over heels for this Pumpkin Hummus recipe.
- Chickpeas, 1 15 oz
- Pumpkin Puree, 1 cup
- Tahini, 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
- Cumin, 1 tsp
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Black Pepper, 1 tsp
- Lemon or Lime Juice
- Garlic, 1 clove
- Drain chickpeas and keep about 1-2 Tbsp of the chickpea brine water. Rinse chickpeas and drain.
- Add all ingredients and 1-2 tbsp of chickpea brine to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a bowl sprinkle some paprika and mixed seeds and drizzle a splash of olive oil on top to serve.
