Stuffed Tofu Puffs with Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce

The tofu is the perfect holder for all these beautiful veggies. These stuffed tofu will be your new favourite asian snack. It's addictive!

INGREDIENTS
  • STUFFED TOFU
    • 1 package Tofu Puffs (lightly toast or grilled until crispy)
    • 100 g Bean Sprouts (blanched)
    • 1 Cucumber (cut into strips)
    • 1/4 cup Purple Cabbage (sliced thinly)
  • DIPPING SAUCE
    • 2 tbsp Kecap Manis (indonesian soy sauce)
    • 1 tbsp Tamari
    • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
    • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
    • 2 tbsp Calamansi Juice
    • 2 tbsp Filtered Water
    • Toasted Sesame Seeds
METHOD
  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
  2. Slice tofu puffs in the center to create a gap for the fillings.
  3. Add an equal amount of veggies inside the tofu puffs.
  4. Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
