This deliciously rich recipe is super easy and takes less than 5 minutes to make! It’s also packed with protein since the bulk of the creaminess comes silken tofu!
- 300g Silken Tofu
- 3 tbs raw cacao powder
- 4 tbs maple syrup (more or less to taste)
- Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until combined and smooth!
- Spoon the mixture into some glasses and top with anything you like – I love mine with fresh mint and some coconut!
