3-Ingredient Strawberry Mousse

This dessert is super smooth, creamy + fruity whilst surprisingly also being packed with protein! So I definitely don’t feel guilty when I devour a 2-person serving in one sitting. Trust me, it’s hard not to with this strawberry goodness.

And the best part? It only takes 5 minutes to make! Just 3 simple ingredients but you can add little extras too like desiccated coconut or chocolate bits for those extra special vibes!

If strawberries aren’t your thing, you can easily substitute for another berry, the more the berrier.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 350g extra firm silken tofu
  • 1 small cup strawberries
  • Coconut sugar/ brown sugar to taste
      METHOD:

      Blend it all up until smooth!
