Avocado & Almond Pesto

Who is a big fan of pesto? This pesto recipe is creamier and silkier compared to the original variant. Both tastes great, but sometimes, with a little creativity, a classic recipe will taste even better. So go get your toasts, pasta or gnocchi ready! This pesto recipe will be loved by you and your family for sure. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
METHOD
  1. Add all of your ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge until ready to use.
