Make your own homemade, healthy parfaits with nice creams and frozen and fresh fruits. Layer on all the colours like this recipe for a fun dessert with your family and/or friends. 

INGREDIENTS
    • Pomegranate, as needed (frozen or fresh)
    • Raspberries, as needed (frozen or fresh)
  • BLUE NICE CREAM
    • Bananas, 3 (frozen)
    • Coconut Milk, (freeze in tray and use 4 cubes)
    • Plant-based Milk, 1/3 cup (chilled is better)
    • Blue Spirulina, 1 tsp
  • SOFT PINK LAYER
    • Bananas, 3 (frozen)
    • Plant-based Milk, 1/3 cup (chilled)
    • Pitaya Powder, 1 tsp
METHOD
  1. Add all the unicorn nice cream ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Don't over blend as it might make your smoothie runny.
  2. Repeat the same procedure for the Soft Pink Layer. 
  3. Assemble the nice cream by adding the frozen or fresh fruit at the bottom of your glass. Add in half of the blue nice cream first, add more fruit and before adding 1/2 of the pink nice cream. Add more fruit at the top if desired.
  4. Serve with your Wooden Spoons and Bamboo Straws. Enjoy!
