4 Deliciously Healthy Pumpkin Treats

With everything from glazed pumpkin donuts, to your classic soft and fluffy pumpkin bread, these vegan desserts are sure to be total crowd pleasers for your friends and family! Thank you for being here and following along on this journey with me. I can't wait to see what you guys whip up!

1. HEALTHY PUMPKIN BREAD

This healthy pumpkin bread is so moist and fluffy at the same time, and is loaded with all those cozy pumpkin spices! Gluten free, oil free, and so irresistibly delicious, it’s sure to be a house favourite!

 

There’s nothing I crave more during the fall than a thick slice of warmly spiced pumpkin bread. This is the healthy pumpkin bread of my DREAMS! It’s so moist on the inside, yet the texture is so incredibly soft and fluffy at the same time.

 

Made with wholesome ingredients like real pumpkin puree, pure maple syrup and whole wheat flour, it’s healthy enough to have for breakfast, but sweet enough to enjoy as a delicious treat. It’s almost hard to believe this is a healthier version! Be warned, this loaf is crazy addicting you might just have to whip up a double batch!

 

2. VEGAN PUMPKIN SPICE DONUTS

These pumpkin spice donuts are so light and fluffy and are loaded with all the coziest pumpkin spice flavours! Vegan, no refined sugars and topped with a silky smooth coconut butter glaze, these are sure to be a new crowd favourite!

For all the pumpkin lovers out there, this one is a must! These donuts are so moist and fluffy at the same time, it’s hard to believe they’re a healthier version! I topped them with a coconut butter maple glaze, but your classic powdered sugar glaze would work great as well.

 

3. PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

These pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are soft baked, warmly spiced, and are loaded with ooey gooey chocolate chips! Vegan, gluten-free, grain free and healthy enough to eat for breakfast!

 

These cozy, soft baked pumpkin cookies have definitely become a staple treat in my house! They’re loaded with all the warm pumpkin spice flavours and are so incredibly chewy and moist. They’re also made with just a handful of simple, good for you ingredients and are even healthy enough to even eat for breakfast!

 

4. MARBLED CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN BREAD

This marbled chocolate pumpkin bread takes your classic pumpkin bread to another level. Layers of gooey pumpkin batter swirled together with fudgy brownie like batter to create the marble loaf of your dreams! Plus it’s naturally vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free!

Pumpkin bread is one of my all time favourite thanksgiving desserts! This new chocolate marble pumpkin bread easily became our family’s favourite dessert on the table. The moist pumpkin bread combined with rich chocolate marble is the perfect cake loaf for fall season. It’s also super easy to whip up and is made naturally vegan and gluten free. All you need is two bowls and a whisk to whip this one up!
